And there’s time cost as well. A low-income single parent of 1 or more is pretty busy. Developing a week-long menu of cooked meals, shopping for the multiple ingredients, cooking them on a timely basis, clean-up, leftovers management…this is hard enough for your average doc or lawyer, but try 1/2
