thanks, I still don't quite get what particularly makes this distinct from American suburbs tho, they don't look denser than the areas considered suburbs around me. I do live in sf though, and the 'suburbs' of sf are kinda cities and towns in their own right.

what do these "European suburbs" look like? I mean compared to the American ones
