Yeah, but she definitely knew how to use printed paper correspondence and however archaic the email system might be it could definitely print - every single email system ever can print. She was a US senator and US secretary of state, she had plenty of staff to deal with paper.

I worked with a senior journalist 2006-2010 who did this. Was incredibly productive and it was just treated as a quirk, because that's all it was. The us government definitely has protocols for paper document control. Why didn't Clinton just work on paper FFS?

You'll not see the true machinations of resistance telegraphed. Other nations governments are answerable to their constituents and minimising risk to them. Whether or not there's any possible electoral remedy the US electorate alone is ultimately responsible for the situation we find ourselves in.

A lot of the big VPS providers have a one click option to provision a VPS preconfigured as a VPN gateway. It's a pretty low barrier of entry to get up and running.

I'm not saying that the stupid prohibition isn't stupid and worth opposing. Just that if one was planning to pay for a VPN and under the prohibition couldn't; a VPS set up as a VPN would be a better option than TOR.

It's also trivial to set up a VPS as your own VPN server for a similar cost to a commercial VPN provider. Slightly less convenient and hand holdy. But much more performative than TOR.

But I would guess photography and photogrammetry would be preferred methods now.

I've been thinking about this a lot too. I do know heaps of Americans do get it. And laud knows there a hell of a lot to worry about just inside America right now. I was reacting to a vibe I was seeing from some that a future dem admin would be able to unscramble the international relations egg.

A big struggle in the best places in the 90s was that so many were enjoying drugs which weren't alcohol and the venues had no way to make enough money selling water. The age of hot only taps in the club toilet.
