On the 20th of March, the special issue in Phil Trans B on "Division of Labour as a Key Driver of Social Evolution" will be online. A lot of cool papers, including my 1st without a PI as senior author 🐣, w/ Ettore Camerlenghi, on "Multi-level Societies: Different Tasks at Different Social Levels."

I saw an amazing movie with references to kanga (helmeted guineafowl). I did my PhD and first postdoc on vulturine guineafowl. Little did I know though about the cultural importance of kanga in Zambia (1/2)

I met this gentle giant puppy on the streets of Greece, and I am looking for the best home for him 🐾🏡. He loves cuddles, humans, cats, and dogs, and he recently survived a poisoned bait. I am willing to travel with him anywhere in Europe where he will be adopted. Please share 🙏

First time in California, Los Angeles, for a special occasion: the UCLA IPAM workshop on Modeling Multi-Scale Collective Intelligences. Now I understand why even David Lynch has chosen to live and film here—the light and colors are magical.
