Great news — my blood test came back. Nothing was found. All my levels are perfect!
I’m still going to keep up with healthy eating and exercising. Next week is my ultrasound.

I’ve cut out soda, sugary coffee drinks, and fruit juice to try to improve my fatty liver, high iron, and pre diabetes.
Genetics play a big role — my mom has diabetes and my grandma died in 2008 of liver disease. BUT eating healthy and exercising is always a good thing!
