Individual landlords are not the problem. Social services pays a max of $450 rent. Many landlords struggle to keep up with maintenance, repairs and taxes because all costs have gone up. The government needs to allocate more funds for low income housing.

Start only buying what you need, being mindful where you spend, and save as much as you can. We need to prepare ourselves and our communities as much as we can for the struggles to come, and so when the time is right we can have a mass shut down.
