A little eucalyptus, tea trea, and/or peppermint essential oil(s) dropped in the tub before getting into a hot shower can break up mucus in the lungs and nose and provide relief. Just be careful because oil+water=slippery.

Focus needs to be on trans women in federal prison and their access to Healthcare. There are women like my wife who have had surgeries. They will LITERALLY die without HRT.
