A Brazilian man who was living with his family in Westerville as he awaited a decision on an asylum appeal was arrested by ICE while paying a speeding ticket last week in Columbus. Now he's detained.

A video shows this Muslim woman being attacked outside her Franklinton home.

She says police haven't done anything, despite the attack taking place 3 weeks ago.

"I'm the one who called, I'm the victim," she said of police. "They didn't think I mattered. ... When I talked, they didn't listen."
