I love these leaves - they're huge!

When my father visited years ago he wanted to see an animated movie at the movie theater instead of the usual adult drama.

I didn't get it at the time but the older I get the more I want to watch something fun, humorous, and with happy endings.

Anyone remember this?

My latest walk found a monarch chrysallis. I came back in a few hours and it was free.

The caterpillars have eaten all the milkweed but I can't find where they've all gone to form their next stage

Saw Willie Nelson in concert last night. He's 92! One of my dad's favorite singers. He can still strum that guitar. His song 'Last Leaf on the Tree' brought tears to my eyes.

Bald Eagles, Wild Turkeys, Mule Deer, Antelope, Elk, Beaver, and many waterfowl so far.
