Yeah it’s amazing how many hidden breakpoints the body has. For me it was a medication conflict but Adrenal Fatigue, other persistant stressors, etc can just flip that switch.

Good on you for getting panic meds. Great way to remind your body that it’s having on outsized response to stress.

If the software is your sticking point the Mouse reviews Reddit is a good place to gut check once you decide on a mouse. If the software for that mouse is a dealbreaker they’ll be complaining about it for sure. Rtings.com has detailed mouse reviews and covers sale prices.

I’m in the process of switching from my Razer Naga trinity because of similar software issues. I’m not the happiest with the buttons and lighting on the Keychron mice but they have good build quality and mapping software, so that’s what I’m buying today.

On the off chance it helps, I had this exact problem when I was younger and it turned out to be incredibly severe allergies that didn’t present like traditional hay fever. For me it wasn’t the sun, it was walking out the door and hitting a wall of pollen, but I was sure it was a sun thing.
