I’ll counter, some friends in Real Estate did see collapse coming in early 2007. This Trump fiasco too could have been avoided. Folks like @sarahkendzior.bsky.social and @andreachalupa.bsky.social were writing and ringing this warning bell many years ago.
No one saw the economic crisis coming in 2007.
