Plan sounds fine, though dismisses any public input that previous suggestions for that building made like a public market. The JCRA also should have put the property out for bid and sought proposals.

I should have added (and did else where) that there is no reason for threats or profanity. The community had been left to boil since June. It's not on the councilman.

This is why- "the council had not received any formal information from the administration about the proposal." more than a month out. Staff should have expected the response.

Unfortunately, the news sites rely on the prosecutor's press release and don't have reporters go to the location to cover. It's a lack of resources, whether JC Times, Hudson County View or the late Jersey Journal.
