I was surprised when AOC voted to certify trump in electoral count on Jan 6th. Not ONE Congress critter voted nay. We needed 87 signatures in the House, 20 in the Senate.

We already have conviction in CO and ME for Insurrection.
SCOTUS didnt overturn those, they just said "wrong venue"... need conviction in Congress. Which is BULLSHIT bc the 14th never says that. The only thing Congress MUST do is waive his disability to serve with a 2/3 vote in both Houses.
