The location of the July 17 protest will be the intersection of US Rt. 1 and North Street in Calais, about a half mile from the border at St. Stephen, NB. Stay safe.

Oh yeah, they did go to Mar-A-Lago. That's unfortunate. Those on the left who try to normalize MAGA are suffering permanent reputation damage it seems. That seems proper.

Maher's cozying up to Trump has really harmed his reputation, I think.

Agreed. Zak is top notch. He can keep it in the pocket like his dad or go unorthodox, like Moon. The Northern unibrow brothers better grab him fast.

It's a classic case of a politically naive, very wealthy older rock star voicing opinions that make sense to him because he would never be adversely affected by them. (See Meatloaf).

Is Daltrey a Tory?
April 17, 2025 at 2:23 PM
It's odd that Daltrey--usually the most level-headed of Who members--has the issue. Some of our most revered musicians are not aging gracefully it seems (See: Hall & Oates).

From what I hear and read in the news, ICE cannot enter a home without the occupant's permission. Doesn't mean they won't enter a home without occupant permission, ofcourse.
April 17, 2025 at 2:15 PM
Good point. I also saw that ICE window-smashing insanity in Massachusetts. I believe today's ICE would have harmed the folks in Tennessee who were protecting that man.

It is a timely story. But for accuracy's sake, please note it happened in July 2019.

I feel you, man. It's a legit dangerous time in our country. Do whatever you need to protect you and yours.

You're not the first family member/friend to inquire. It's here when you need it.
April 15, 2025 at 10:14 PM
Couldn't call it unexpected.

We can't assume he voted for Trump because he didn't specifically say he did. His last, admittedly silly, comment could just be him trying to appear magnanimous before filing his lawsuit. It could also be him trying to ensure his re-entry on returning from Lebanon.

The accused arsonist currently in custody.

I went on that Cody Balmer's Facebook page, which is still up. Couldn't call it unexpected.

We all know this is fine with Bondi, et al.
April 13, 2025 at 9:28 PM
Oh wow, ok. I need to read up on her.
