Yeah that's what I'm afraid of, either patches are going to help or hinder the performance for people, I even tried the small optimization mods and those didn't help at the moment for me.

The game itself is just really unoptimized and many people have been having issues myself included..., as of today it's been the worst it's ever been with really big stutters turning into full blown freezing of the PC 😓
