They're still dopesick but with insane tangential symptoms- horrid hallucinations, body spasms and the shakes, episodes of complete incoherence- on top of the normal gastro/flu/fever/wishing for death. I've never seen anything like it, and it's heartbreaking. The typical crutches dont seem to help

I'm now watching someone I love detox from a fraction of my habit but the dope supply is so much more tainted now than 5 years ago, even back then the amount of fent made detox/sub induction insanely hard.
