ChatGPT said I simplify technology with a human-centered approach. You know… that’s totally me. http://github.com/damnkittyworks
Ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok how people will earn money when AI takes over jobs, they say ‘human interaction’ will still be valued. Let’s be honest, how’s that going? Unless you’re brilliant, charismatic, attractive, the ‘human touch’ isn’t in high demand. People can be unpleasant.

I wonder how this could apply to individuals. What types of things could be benchmarked? Income generated with the help of AI? Ease of learning new skills with AI? Effectiveness of AI driven fitness plans? Very interesting.
A test of how seriously your firm is taking AI: when o-1 (& the new Gemini model) came out this week, were there assigned folks who immediately ran the model through your internal, validated, firm-specific benchmarks to see how useful it as? Did you update any plans or goals as a result?

Let’s make the hard stuff easy.
For me, that means stopping procrastination (too many ideas, nothing completed). AI shouldn’t do everything for us. It should help us make things that last. If AI vanished, we’d still have something to show for it.

I’m not a programmer or scientist. As a normie, I wonder: how can AI benefit me?
To. Empower. Independence.
I’m not looking to get rich (don’t get me wrong, that would be nice). But if I lost my job, could AI help me earn enough for the basics? That’s what I want from AI.

Algorithm, connect me with other curious non-techs exploring the intersection of humans and AI for meaningful change. Want to find people who see AI as a tool to empower, are dreaming up ways to use it to solve human challenges. If you’re into tech that uplifts instead of overwhelms, let’s connect.

Fei-Fei Li’s ‘The Worlds I See’ is a movie waiting to happen🙂
If you’re like me who doesn’t have a tech background but followed AI since ChatGPT, you’ll enjoy the book. Li’s memoir will give you an overview of AI going back to ImageNet. Finished the 12h audiobook in 3 evenings. It’s that good.
