Went to see Nosferatu today. I kind of expected to like it as I've liked all of Eggers' film's so far, but it exceeded my expectations.
An absolutely beautiful film, the production design and cinemtography was exquisite. It felt like everything had been thought about, such great imagery. (1/2)

Very sad to hear of the passing of Olivia Hussey, star of the original Black Christmas and one of the first 'Final Girls' of horror.

Watched a Ghost Story For Christmas that I hadn't seen before yesterday: Stigma, from 1977. A sparse slice of contemporary folk horror/body horror.
Pretty effective but it didn't quite feel like it fits with the others in the series.
