Ie - product tying:

1 guy is an active CEO for multiple companies that bid on federal contracts

Gets appointed to special gov role but doesnt divest interests

While developing for-profit AI, he installs unvetted software on fed gov computers

w/o any express congressional authorization

ie - self-dealing:

Current CEO of publicly traded co that manufactures and sells CARS to us citizens gets appointed to a special government role

And suddenly gets widespread access to American citizen’s protected records…FOR FREE

Unfair pricing advantage=
bad for consumers & competitors

Thats “Truth Social”’s entire business model and since POTUS is literally the majority shareholder (51%), it’s only going to get much worse
