That medical hiring freeze still screwing over students who studied for 3 or 4 years to get qualified and fucks over the staff who are dealing with shortages and worsening mental health as they can't get more staff to ease the burden. Not just Nurses and Doctors that keep hospitals running.

I'm now getting a lot of local election candidate ads on Facebook now. Can they not target the area they are wanting to represent?

I live in Pukekohe so they're wasting their money, I've also seen Wellington candidates ads but only thought after the fact to screenshot.

Staff or not staff but isn't it still embarrassing for staff you employ to have to bat for you?

There's a four letter word that can best describe someone who think's this is the appropriate response from the Minister of Health towards health care workers wanting a fair deal.

Trump still acting like Putins lapdog, did anyone actually expect he'd rise above and pressure the Russian scum to give up their senseless war?

Not really much of a choice for me, either vote for the not National Party team or 2 independents that seem to lack any candidate presence.

Wait so this announcement is more money for urgent care but why can't we have public providers rather than giving more money to private medical providers? We shelve out so much money already since we don't invest and grow public services.
