My point was that Bb was forced to let aid in under Biden. Under DJT, he got what he wanted. Unless, DT is really starving for the Peace Prize next year, the current ceasefire deal is bound to fail since Bb will use any excuse to keep fighting. Hamas will fight back & there'll be more destruction

Just saw ur reply, been off B sky. It may jot have prevented all cases of starvation, but Biden clearly prevented BB from blocking the aid for 3 months as he did under DT. Obviously, Dems must get MORE humane in handling this issue. Zohran's success is witness to that. Yet, Rs are still WORSE.

Biden got some good things done domestically & DJT has since rolled those back. Hopefully, the MAGA extremism will create a huge pushback that will not only reverse DJT's harms but will demand & get even more progressive laws passed and fully implemented.

I've been off Blue Sky for awhile. Just saw ur reply. I see ur point. Yet, it's still clear DJT got more people killed in both Palestine 🇵🇸 & Ukraine 🇺🇦. While the Democratic Party needs to stop selling out, the most effective way for that to happen is to back progressives, but keep out Rs 1st.

Reagan cut funding for that as well as federal aid to cities that had helped many cities care for much of their needs. Homelessness didn't become a chronic problem for most Homeless people until the '80s. B4, most Homelessness was a temporary experience. Less low cost housing, shelters, etc hurt.

Then developers must support higher taxes on the rich so governments have the tax revenue to pay for the subsidized housing. The US built an extensive amount of subsidized housing between the 1930s and '70s. Nixon replaced that with Section 8 vouchers for low cost private units.

First time I've heard that clip. Thanks for posting it. Sounds like he has some idea of what a morally bankrupt bastard he is. Then again, maybe it's just false modesty. 🤷🤔🫡

Please educate yourself on the environmental costs of AI. There have been numerous written & film reports about that. It's very concerning. There's one in the countryside of the US state of Georgia whose lights shine bright 🌞 ALL NIGHT🌙. It's like having a search light in your yard each night.

The creator of the environmental news source Enviro Close-up wrote that AI data centers wouldn't be so destructive if they relied on green renewable energy. That doesn't include nuclear. Unfortunately, the Democratic Party has gone along with approving new nuclear plants to power AI.

Mark, in honor of Earth Mother, I repeat what I wrote to U on X. Please URGE the California legislature to OVERRIDE Newsom's veto of the PFAS in cookware bill. The ONLY reason it seems CA lawmakers haven't overriden a veto in 46 yrs is bcuz NO 1 ever calls for 1. Ds have the 2/3 majority needed.

Natives took care of each other within their villages & clans. They lived truly social lives. Hunters shared their kills with widows & orphans. As for technology, progressives just want whatever is required for modern living to be as affordable as possible. The internet is cheaper in Europe.

Some are, some aren't. Btw, just wishing everyone a Happy Indigenous Peoples Day is hardly ignoring or discounting the great work that needs to be done to restore justice to America's first Peoples. His environmental work is an important part of that. Earth gives better when it's not poisoned.

Colin Allred is also running for that seat, right? It could get real. 🤔

Regular people can try to fill that void & help them see how harmful MAGA really is. Point them to exact sources of information. Remind them that they can Google any question or topic to get answers. Like, "why are prices still so high?" 👍✌️🕊🌍🦉
September 10, 2025 at 4:09 AM
Well, if you know or ever meet any of the 90 million plus adults who didn't vote in 2024 then just talking to them about why voting against MAGA is so important could help. Be polite of course, but most adults don't watch MSNBC, CNN, late night talk shows, The View, Bill Maher, John Oliver, etc.

Like Jesse Owens in 1936, maybe a DACA Olympic athlete will win a medal 🏅 for the US & put MAGA to some shame. 🤔🧐🫡😉

US prisoners aren't forced to work like slaves were & are. Prison conditions need definite reform, especially regarding sexual assault & solitary confinement. They need to be treated with total humane decency. In some ways, their condition is worse than some slaves. It depends on the sentence.

as she tried to stop an Israeli bulldozer from destroying a Palestinian home. So much of the problem in the conflict is that most Israelis never see what happens in Palestine 🇵🇸. Jewish Israeli journalist Gideon Levi says it's just 39 minutes bt car from Tel Aviv, yet they never go there or see it.

Oh yeah, when I first saw news footage of that 20 or more years ago it was just so angering & crushing too. Olives & olive oil are so healthy & trees take 20 years at least to mature enuf to grow olives. So, bulldozing them really is destroying livelihoods. It reminds me of Rache Corrie too,....

Amen 🙏👍.

No, those policies weren't okay. Yet, the alternative was Trump who gave WORSE war & civilian massacres while poisoning the environment. Ask the black people between Baton Rouge & New Orleans what they think about DT going back on what Biden's EPA director Michael Regan, a black man, did for them.
