You may be right, but the only times the olympics have been cancelled are during the first and second world wars and covid. World Cup faced controversy over human rights in Qatar, but proceeded without any known contingency. I guess the question is how bad would it get before it’s pulled. ☺️

Sadly it’s all about keeping US intelligence going. Loss of intel for Ukraine would be a devastating blow. Not unmanageable, but at a time of Russian buildups for summer offensive, the intel will be needed to keep ahead.
