I've been fighting off a cold the last few days. So far it's staying at that level where you can go about as normal and act like you're not even sick. Still had a great workout yesterday afternoon, and this morning I feel like I'm getting better. Must be all that vitamin D.

It was a beautiful gathering last night for the naked drum circle here near Royal Palm Beach in Florida. The turnout was tremendous; several times what it was last month, it seemed.
