I am definitely one of those people who have tuned out of the MCU - but I can't tell if this is a play to drive hype for folks like myself, or if it is just spoiling what could have been some REALLY cool surprise reveals??

5-6 years ago I remember getting SO excited for the event. Had gatherings to watch it together with friends to see the GOTY...now I am starting to see it more and more as a game showcase with awards thrown in. Still excited for announcements but I *want* to be more excited for the awards

I've always been partial to battlefield, so hopefully this next one really goes into the other direction cod is...but honestly getting shot by laser blasts by someone with green bat wings gets old quick. Love being able to quick jump in and out though

I really enjoyed helldiver's and space marine, but I get why those wouldn't be on the list this year. Dragons Dogma 2 would also be nice to see!

Honestly, Pete probably just wanted to retire 😅 but there's been many departures since Skyrim, which for a studio that always prided itself (and rightfully so) on retention is a bit shocking to see still. The rise of small indie studios with industry vets are more & more common, which is cool though
