It happened at our table. Old patron forcibly reactivated a dormant earlier pact and subsumed the new one. Party had to undertake a dangerous and elaborate pact breaking ritual (and fight an avatar of the old patron) to free the warlock and reinstate the newer patron.

For me it was imaginary friends/OCs. But more for coping. I never really thought anyone would help me, and indeed no one did. Adulthood saved me. The OCs are still around, though.

I'm very bad at guessing what BG3 does or doesn't consider a violation of any particular paladin oath, so I've only ever played Vengeance (the game seems to always be okay with just killing everything- I'm well into Act 3 with zero issues) or Oathbreaker.

From what I tentatively understand, Pinterest counts pin removals against any account that has them saved, not just the original uploader. It's stupid and it sucks. That's why you get a "tsk tsk" message each time one of "your" pins is removed, even if you didn't upload it originally.
