Played my favourite board game, Terraforming Mars. I have all the expansions up to turmoil, but sometimes I like to take out all the extra stuff and play just the base game (Although we never played Hellas before, so we used that map.)

Stompa for #Orktober. The last Ork I had in my backlog. Did not have as much fun as expected, but glad I did it. He may not be meta, but he'll be fun in games.

I’ve been playing a lot of green tide recent and I’ve been winning. Warboss + painboy + 20 boys + competitive streak is a pretty scary combo. Opponent went first, but still won.

Found my old metal Carnifex. I painted this guy in 2000. Came a long way since then. Debating whether or not I should repaint him.

My 4th unit for #Drucember comes flying in. I bought these used Hellions for my daughter. Wished I green stuff some things first but unless you look closely it’s hard to see. I also based them because the bottoms were already painted black.

Especially with this model I would encourage it. I'm actually one of those wargamers that let anyone touch my models. I'll even let kids my models. (My reasoning is no one is worst to my own models than me). I actually got a video my youngest playing with my Orks a while back.

This next #Drucember model flies, could pull a sled and has red at the end of his face. He is very festive. I spent way too much time painting his chest only for it not to be really seen unless you pick him up. 🤪. Oh well, this Talos fits in well.

Enlisted my daughters to help with #Drucember. TBF, a third of the army is my 10 YOs. However, my 6 YO wanted to help too, here is her contribution. She painted a scourge before taking snack break. She said I could clean it up if I wanted too.

I’m wracking my brain for a pun for these guys. My 2nd #Drucember models, the Wracks to go with the Homunculus. I like how these guys turned out. The month is going by fast. Hopefully I’ll get my next guy out quicker.

My Orks aren’t doing too well. Another lost at 52-87. Although to be fair, it was going to be a long shot against my opponent. As you can see from my deployment, I had to play really aggressively with the Boyz. Really fun game though and my opponent was a great guy to play against.

Big plans. Fix my Dread, Boomdakka and Painboy that I dropped last game, strip my wracks and Homunculus, and build my Talos.

Played a great game tonight. I Lost, 84-69, but it was pretty even. I thought I was going to get tabled, (kind of did, only Kans and Boomdakka left). My opponent had his strat down.
Side note: Bring it down is much more fair now when playing against Tau (and Tyranid monsters)
