This old guy has so many reasons to be grateful: my amazing and crazy wife @ironhicks1107, all of my kids, my wonderful extended family, the communities that bring so much joy to my life: @chatt_tri_club , @ringgoldumc and #strugglebuddies and the health and time to enjoy them!

A brisk, clear 48F at run start, perfect running weather. Made a boneheaded error and forgot to put on my current running shoes and ran in very old shoes, so I had to take it really easy. #floridarunning

Thanks to our local library, I'll be enjoying a Doctor Who marathon this weekend! At least when I'm not reading a book I've checked out via Libby to read on my Kindle!
