My first deck was a standatd Gatecrash Gruul deck from 2013/2014ish. While I don't play as much Gruul anymore it's still my favorite due to that first deck and I put green stompies into every single one of my decks to have at least some of those Gruul vibes lol.

And now I have to just go back to supporting other clients when really I need the support right now but there's nothing I can do except just hope for the best. I really don't want to be dramatic but I'm sure this is just the beginning and I'm terrified and devastated.

I already knew that my life will be changing for the worse as someone in the social work field, but seeing it actually start to happen is jarring. And all in an email.

As a queer, neurodivergent woman with a trans spouse in a rural red state, I have never felt as safe as I do at this job. My company has always prioritized being a safe and inclusive environment and has truly celebrated diversity. Not to mention how it improves our care for our clients.

The fun little graphics celebrating diversity, such as the one we would normally have for Black History Month right now, must be removed. It feels silly to say out loud that I'm sobbing over an email signature change, but if something this small is a mandated change, what else can I expect?
