In 2024 I started to spin, something I’d been avoiding. In 2025 I expect I shall spin some more. Many thanks to the patient teachers who have helped and inspired me this year.

I have been neglecting my Pilates practice lately, assuming that other training would cover it. But little by little I’ve noticed lower back pain creeping in. Hopefully this morning’s session will sort that out. Thankfully no obvious deterioration in strength, flexibility or form.
