Thunderbolts* was spectacular. I had high expectations & was still blown away, just giddy the entire way. I haven’t felt this paid off for having kept up with the MCU post-endgame, and I haven’t felt this excited for the future since then either. Plus the characters & their chemistry were amazing.

On the left is all the Metroidvania games I’ve finished (almost done with Fusion). On the right are ones I own / are on my radar that I haven’t gone through. Am I missing any big ones? What should I prioritize? Definitely falling in love with this genre the more games I play.

Are these now the only Nintendo franchises (with multiple entries) that aren’t on Switch at all? Would love to see Chibi Robo remastered to gauge public interest!! Nintendogs & Pushmo’s absences are definitely weird in my opinion.

Finally watched Flow, one of the top 2024 movies I wanted to make sure I caught.. damn it was special. Cat lovers & animation lovers need to see this!!! A gorgeous silent movie. Amazing action sequences. Emotionally gripping. I can see how it’s a frontrunner for the Oscar!!

I read the first compendium last year and oh man. I wish I waited for the whole collection to be out! This run is stellar & I love the batfamily status quo of the 90’s. Dick’s supporting cast is awesome. I can’t wait for compendium 2!

This maybe was the biggest shock all year. This show was absolutely incredible, start to finish. Farrell & Milioti were absolutely transcendent. Clancy Brown had such a powerful presence. Made me so excited for the future of that world. Perfection

I finished my rewatch of Adventure Time. Man. I love Shermy & Beth. I love Finn & Fern’s finale, and Betty & Simon’s. So tragic, so beautiful. Temple of Mars, Bonnibell, & Seventeen are all standout S10 episodes too. Truly one of the best cartoons of all time. Such a great journey.

I finished my rewatch of Adventure Time. Man. I love Shermy & Beth. I love Finn & Fern’s finale, and Betty & Simon’s. So tragic, so beautiful. Temple of Mars, Bonnibell, & Seventeen are all standout S10 episodes too. Truly one of the best cartoons of all time. Such a great journey.

Today I watched the new batch of Pokémon Horizons episodes while doing stuff around the house all day. These 11 episodes were really great. Fun battles, great character moments (Dot💜), and the introduction of so many Paldean characters I love! A fun take on the gym formula that keeps things fresh.
