Fantastic day today. Busy on the beach. Chatted with a few others. Still 25° and busy at 7pm. Some wear a small sarong in the evening, so bought one.. just in case. Not needed it yet.

It’s not necessary.
Naturism is a philosophy. It’s a way of treating people and nature with empathy. It’s revelling in the beauty of life.
You’re a naturist even when you’re dressed.
The problem is social attitudes. Until people stop equating “nude = sex”, we will be seen as odd.

It’s definitely the most beautiful way to relax. Less stress, lower body and heart rate. It just feels right, natural and normal.

Everyone is naked at some point in their day.
Naturists just feel less stressed & more comfortable without clothes, so are naked for longer.

If everyone is naked, no one is. Clothes denote status, naked we’re all just human.
