I was trying to give some advice to someone trying to get into drawing yesterday, and I find this one very relevant here. These guys don't even know what they like, they wouldn't be able to name it or even recognize it. They have zero curiosity and no tech will ever replace that.

Painting sucks.
(No, it doesn't really... But I hate being a 33 year old artist who has been drawing persistently for 15 years and I just do not have the patience to fucking paint or paint very well. And yeah, I'm painfully aware this is imposter syndrome creeping in but I just wanna be good, man.)
