😠 thats frustrating. In my case, a sales guy had come by and promised there were no fees, so I used that to say that they were being deceptive. Maybe that's the difference. Still a super deceptive company

Was in exact situation last year. If you're in MA, file a complaint with the DTC. www.mass.gov/dtc-consumer.... It was easy and they got my fees lowered.
