After a decade of #chiptune, I finally - finally - modded my first DMG. Being able to just pick it up and go in by itself, or plug it into anything with an auxiliary port and hear my sound outside of my headphones whenever I want is...more emotional than I thought it would be.

I based my persona's design on Strider Hiryu a long time ago, and I've always wanted to study his iconic pose from the Strider 2 promo covers. I'm so hyped with how this came out! #oc
Daitenshi stands for a portrait in a pose inspired by Strider Hiryu. His feet are close together, almost on tiptoes, back arched and arms crossed. He holds his weapon, a giant tonfa he calls the "Rave Edge", in his right hand, pointing it down and towards the viewer. He cradles his right arm with his left, as his left hand covers most of his face. His ponytail drifts to the viewer's left, indicating a strong wind (or at least a heavy fan offstage). He belts out one of his combat phrases: "Rave Edge, initialize!", before asking the cameraman if his stance captures the same energy of Hiryu's iconic photo.
