I have broad shoulders and ribs and spent most of my life flat as a board, and even with some boob, I have east and west-ers. So far, a stretchy, no underwire bra that clips in the back, or a T-shirt style bra fit me best. And after 20 years of bra shopping I still prefer none bc nothing really fits
