She actually claims she is. She says she is from Rancho Santa Fe. At least in the donation requests I'm getting. And it's all so convoluted because of the districting. It Riverside, So. OC and north SD! Like I see signs in my community for Bianca!!! That is nuts! It would be like electing Bovino!
