Pears tho, I mean they're either hard like potatoes or complete mush. There's about 30 seconds when a pear is ripe and perfect. The rest of the time they're just disappointing.

I knew someone (years ago) who had an ancient car that used a steak knife to start it and only the passenger side door actually opened. Climbing in and out of the car didn't feel all that weird at the time.

The last real tree we had was before Covid and I swear I still find the occasional needle in the carpet. We now have a very vulgar fiberoptic tree now. I love it 🤣
