The leatherwork for my belt was super fun and rewarding with how it turned out in the end! I was lucky to have a store nearby that I could ask for advice at.
Sewing for me has definitely been a learn as I go and from MANY mistakes, but it's super rewarding over the long term learning!

FMA was my intro to anime and it definitely still holds a place in my heart!
Tav has ~2000 rivets if my estimate is correct! There are additional rose rivets as well that I added last.
I'm intimidated by foam work myself, I branched out into leather before foam for this!

My middle school unfinished seams and edges make me cry a little still 😂
It was my first sewing project I'd ever done, so all things considered I'm still pretty proud of how it turned out back then! Younger me just had lots of motivation and love for FMA so I wanted to knock that out!
