At the hospital, had an eye surgery (corneal abrasion) on Friday. Left eye got infected, probably a rare parasite-induced disease (Acanthamoeba keratitis). Never felt such a pain in my entire life. If I’m lucky I get home tomorrow and my eyesight will get back to normal again. 😔

At the hospital, had an eye surgery (corneal abrasion) on Friday. Left eye got infected, probably a rare parasite-induced disease (Acanthamoeba keratitis). Never felt such a pain in my entire life. If I’m lucky I get home tomorrow and my eyesight will get back to normal again. 😔
#Oreo is back home & doing fine! A bit tired & sleepy, but apart from that our same big fluffy boy.
It still hurts seeing him like this, but all that matters is that he doesn’t feel pain anymore & he can hopefully keep his other eye.

#Oreo is back home & doing fine! A bit tired & sleepy, but apart from that our same big fluffy boy.

After almost 2 months of worrying, we finally have some good news:
