Today in 1554, the 16 year old Lady Jane Grey, then King of England & Ireland, was executed in London (at the Tower of London) on order of her cousin, Mary I. She had been charged with High Treason, the same given to her husband, his two brothers, and Thomas Cramer, the Archbishop of Canterbury.
