USAID was founded by JFK to fight the Kremlin -- by helping countries all over the world, rather than having them fall under Soviet dominance.

The Kremlin has wanted to kill USAID ever since.

Don't fall for anti-USAID propaganda -- it all comes from PUTIN.

USAID’s website has been deleted, all that is left is a note saying all personnel are now on administrative leave and personnel outside the US are to be brought home. Completely illegal, no act of congress or even executive order was signed to dismantle the agency

Funny how relevant this feels today. The line between patriotism and propaganda has never been thinner.

They want to ban the teaching of the unpleasant facts of American history because people might conclude injustices in the past that contribute to inequalities in the present should be rectified, instead of their belief, which is that some groups of people are inherently superior to others

That Biden should have to issue preemptive pardons for men and women who defended the Constitution is a sad comment on Trump's vengeful nature.

Some days it feels like the world is against you, and you wonder if you’re in the right place. But this reminded me—we have to keep doing what’s right, even when it makes others uncomfortable. That’s how change happens.

Denali was its name for thousands of years before being renamed Mount McKinley in 1896, after a man with no ties to Alaska. Restoring its original name honored its cultural and Indigenous significance. Renaming it again disregards that legacy and its meaning to the Koyukon Athabaskan people.
Trump Renames Denali To Mount McKinley—Here’s What To Know
The tallest peak in North America has been named Denali since 2015 when its name was officially changed under former President Barack Obama.

Trump just reportedly pardoned Jacob Chansley, the “QAnon Shaman” who participated in the January 6 insurrection and stormed the Senate chamber.

Chansley responded to being pardoned by saying “NOW I AM GONNA BUY SOME MOTHA FU*KIN GUNS!!!”

I find it interesting that ReproductiveRights.gov, a site providing information on birth control, abortion access, and health insurance, has been shut down.

Trump said he’d stay away from these issues, so why close it? Budget cuts? Policy shifts? Something else? Curious what others think.

Donald Trump ‘saving’ TikTok is the equivalent of an arsonist taking credit for putting out the fire they started.

No matter where you fall on the TikTok ban, the President undoing by “executive order” a law passed by Congress and upheld unanimously by the Supreme Court is an unconstitutional abuse of power.

Hey everyone, excited TikTok’s back? Reminder: Trump signed an order in 2020 to ban it. This is classic populism—it’s all about appearances. Like putting his name on COVID checks to feed his ego. Trust me, he doesn’t care about TikTok; he just wants to look like a hero.
