Those studies look at group difference in BP between a cuffless device and validated device. But differences within the same person or individuals can be huge. It wouldn’t be good if a false negative occurred for an individual.

First of all, I’m happy. The data is obtained over 30 days. That’s a lot of data. I’m also glad it appears they are recommending home blood pressure monitoring if the watch says it’s high third I’m glad they’re not giving an exact number. Fourth, I’m mostly concerned about false negatives.
