2/2 because of the mind flayer abduction. She never told anyone what horrors she had to endure as former noble and why Minthara hat do die.
I also "reused" her in the fanfiction I write atm (Cazador/OC), At least she was able to kill her old master in it !

In DnD canon Dhampirs can sire children. But maybe Dorian doesn't know? ;)
A dhampyr's powers might lie dormant for years before being quickened; dhampyrs might also have children who were normal in every respect.
