I understand people can change their mind and that’s okay. What I’m saying is when people waste my time by having the same convo over and over, me supporting them on their game plan, and then they tell me they’ve done The Thing only for me to see firsthand that they’re not being honest w themselves

And then you backtrack, do the opposite thing I was supporting you on, or mix up your stories, telling me one thing and then showing me you telling someone else the opposite. It really fucks me up. Why did you waste my time? Why did you get me excited for you? Just be honest or leave me out of it.

Aahhh I love her!

I am not talking about a solitary situation. It seems every week my feeds blow up with “she/he/they said/did this or that & you shouldn’t be friends with them because I’m offended.” How about using that energy to expose actually horrible, harmful people? STOP trying to drag me into your petty bs.

I NEVER put anything on social media that I wouldn’t say directly to someone’s face. And when I do say things to people’s faces I get written off as the angry Bronx latinx 🙄 yall exhaust me.

That’s probably why so many people think I’m a bitch because I’m not afraid to step up & squash shit when others just want to run to their keyboards to talk about me.

We’re grownups. Fucking talk shit out. Work out your issues or civilly go your separate ways.

I heard some criticism about the pay and that was the biggest thing I was worried about. You all worked so hard and I tried to compensate accordingly but apparently I’m being called unprofessional for not offering a base pay.

It’s definitely more than just that.
