I believe most municipal elections in the Spring are going to feel this. I ran in the last election in SJ and wouldn’t even think about it this time. No way!

Believe it or not we have a Bylaw in Saint John to handle those. It gives the city the power to fine the distributer if the homeowner has clearly requested they not receive them but are still delivered.
