I think I’m me….but I’m not sure. Rooting for the Cougs. You kids stay the hell off my lawn!

How good is your neighborhood turnout for these meetings? We are lucky if we get 2 or 3 (118 houses) besides the board.

I have to water every single damn day if I want a green lawn. And I don’t have a sprinkler system. Let it go brown last year.

So what got wild?

I once had to verbally slap my neighbor across the street. Almost called her a racists (but didn’t) because she kept turning in her new neighbor (Vietnamese) for small shit…..and SHE WASNT EVEN IN TOWN TO WITNESS THINGS at the time. Guy hadn’t even been there for 2 days!

We put up a radar speed sign that collects data (times, speed). And that’s what I point to when this comes up: 1.7% more than 5 mph over limit. 27% between and 1-5 mph over limit.

Limit in my neighborhood is 20 mph

I’m a no speed bumps guy based on that kind of data.

We do that too. But every spring they walk it with the board to see what’s important to the board to focus on.

Problem with lawns…by the time the notice gets to the homeowner, they’ve usually already mowed!

That’s the way mine is…and I’m on the board!

Biggest issue: speeding thru the neighborhood. How to stop.

I definitely agree with the last. I’m just not sure we see Utah or Calford again without major shakeups elsewhere.
January 16, 2025 at 12:30 AM
Some people (both Cougs and Beavs) are saying this over on X. Don’t know where they heard it…..so rumors.

Maybe this would be a stopgap (cheap option) to get to 8 teams then go after Memphis and Tulane after settling the lawsuit with MW? 🤷‍♂️

And I found (and pinned) the feed.

You can add me.

Good interview. I hope that she is successful going forward. She is a Coug thru and thru. #GoCougs

I’m not worried. Just looking forward to him in Pullman. I hope we can put forth a package that can keep him long term. Although the package for asst coaches needs to improve to keep Brad coaches.
December 29, 2024 at 5:19 AM
Me too. I think it’s a very good hire. The question is how long can we keep him if he has success?
December 29, 2024 at 3:35 AM
How do you mean?
December 22, 2024 at 1:42 AM
That’s what it is currently at least.
December 19, 2024 at 3:11 AM
Problem is they’re cutting $14 mill from the athletic budget for next year. That would mean more cuts for coaches salaries.
December 19, 2024 at 3:08 AM
Dickert was $2.7.
December 19, 2024 at 3:07 AM
CougFan says to expect HC salary to be more in line with other NewPac schools: around $1.5. I think that limits us to an FCS coach.
December 19, 2024 at 12:04 AM
Yes him.

There are some Cougs that are successful HS coaches, but do they wanna give that up for the shitshow that will be our program next year. 19 players in the portal, brand new coaching staff. AND I’m waiting for decommitments from the latest recruiting class because Dickert is leaving.
December 18, 2024 at 9:57 PM
What IS new is this: Took a 10% pay cut last year. Looking at a $14 million cut to athletics overall for next year. Going to a “low paying” P4 school whose last coach made $4.8 mill/yr almost doubling his salary. I don’t blame him for jumping ship.
December 18, 2024 at 9:42 PM
Commenting twitter is saying Arbuckle as potentially new HC?
