I wish people treated award ceremonies for entertainment more like an event to showcase good art, and less like an actual competition.

The outrage online every time a game, or a movie, they really loved didn't "win" is very silly.

Take good care of yourself, drink water, eat enough, get enough sleep, take breaks to do things that make you feel good. You deserve to be here and not suffer.
