Great hike w/the pup this evening a/f a morning bike trainer tempo session and then a daytime hike in the glorious sun. Caught a late sunset and the moon.

Evening hikes. Almost lost our snow today and it's now basically turned to ice (from 5c to -10c overnight). Should be fun skating around the sidewalks and streets of Toronto tomorrow! How fantastic would it be if you could actually skate or xc ski to work?!

Morning session: 45 mins upper body and core strength and then a 35 min easy run after yesterday's FRC sprints on the trainer. Felt good and not too tired. Then the 40 min walk to work. Great way to start the day.
