I love my kiddos
I like this over the 100% accurate reasons others listed.

This is showmanship that hammers home that RE is both abundant and cheap.

“We” being 5 conservative SC justices and Kagan. The majority of “we”, as in the public, did not want this.

Have you planned out an ideal bike path/lane map? If not, how would you go about it?

If you were in charge of building a new train tunnel line and had omnipotent power, would you bring in a European team to build it simply bc they’re so much more financially prudent or would you stick to US workers to avoid the PR fallout?

Do you know if metra has considered or has the authority to densify their parking lots? I think the lot surrounding Route 59 stop in Naperville could fit 10,000 people very easily.

If you had enough money to do one major thing, how would you improve metra? New ground level cars (similar to Toronto’s), electrify the lines, new train route?

What about the cta? (assuming the tunnel is magically already built)

What are your second and third ideas for Chicago transit? Any thoughts on linking suburbs (Aurora to Elgin line?) What preference do you put on beauty in terms of station and train cars themselves? How important is it?

Trying to justify her reasoning… Maaaaaybe it’s that the metaphorical government pendulum can swing too far left, just as it has now swung too far to the right. So there needs to be counterbalances to keep the extremes in check.

That’s all I got. As always, love your insights.

I think about how many deaths can be attributed to him. From his handling of Covid, Iran bombing, boats destroyed, USAid, and then I’ve heard contractors committed divide bc he ruined him financially.

One thing that I base my (shrinking) hope for mankind on is the fact the solar & batteries are significantly based on chemistry. A lot of the elements that go into them can be swapped out for commonly found options. For example, sodium batteries & Per(something)y solar panels.

3mm / 90k sq ft = $3,333 sq ft.

The top most expensive buildings are in the hundreds per square ft.

That’s $3,333 per sq ft. The highest and luxury tower (going up in Detroit) is $1,000. This needs to be examined.

Only a small minority of Oriole will actually read this statement. You have to speak, yell, get mad. Directly tie this to trumps pardons. Make news!!
