Like, in Aug 2024 when Harris held a rally in Las Vegas with a crowd of 15,000, shown live on TV with countless journalists there. Trump claimed it was all an AI fake - he had been tipped off by a whistleblower. That should have been the lead story in all media outlets. He was clearly delusional.

It would have been good for the MSM to have reported it during the campaign. Now he’s president for another 3 years. Jeffrey Goldberg speaks of the “bias toward coherence” - the MSM reporting Trump’s comments in a way that imposes a rational narrative onto statements that are fundamentally bonkers.

Excellent idea, especially separating judges who grant cert. from those who decide the case. The Court’s ability to manipulate its docket is its biggest source of discretionary power.

His policies and performance were good. But he was almost entirely unable to communicate them and sell them. That proved disastrous. If he had announced in January 2023 that he was not running for reelection, he would be viewed positively now.

The Mad King will issue a blanket pardon for everyone in his administration. Combined with the Republican Supreme Court majority's anti-constitutional presidential criminal immunity decision, the executive branch is no longer subject to the Rule of Law.

We’re not buying it. You allowed just enough votes to get to 60 - no more and no less. Harry Reid would have never signed off on such a bad deal. And he would have held the caucus together. Give up your leadership post. Let someone else actually lead.
